Interrupt Mask Bits
A 1 written to any of the bits in the interrupt mask (except HINT), and the occurrence of the corresponding
alarm, causes a software interrupt (SINT) to occur. If the hardware interrupt bit (HINT) is also written with a 1,
then a hardware interrupt also occurs.
