UNPROVI
The UNPROVI bit indicates that a cell with an unprovisioned VPI/VCI combination or
invalid routing bits has been received. When logic 1, the UNPROVI bit indicates that one or
more VC Table searches have not resulted in a match. This bit is cleared when this register is
read.
