10 VS1005 PERIPHERALS AND REGISTERS
RTC_I_RESET, RTC_I_LOADRTC instructions the RTC_EXEC register must be set for 1 sec-
ond before the instruction is ececuted. The user must reset the RTC_EXEC register after this
time has elapsed.
RTC_GSCK is used to generate RTC memory clock. When RTC_GSCK is set the rtc_if gen-
erates one clock pulse for memory store. RTC_EXEC must be set during this operation. Rtc_if
resets this register automatically.
RTC instructions are 8-bit codes which are written to RTC_HIGH[15:8] before setting RTC_IBUSY.
