RSTINT : USB Reset Interrupt bit.
USB sets this bit when reset signal is received.
RSUMINT : Resume Interrupt bit.
In Suspend mode, USB sets this bit when a resume signaling is
received.
A USB resume will cause an interrupt to be generated to MCU.
If SE0 status persists for 3ms after the clock resumes its
operation, USB Reset will occur.

SPDINT : Suspend Interrupt bit
Clear
USB sets this bit if suspend signal is received.
If there is no activity on bus for 3ms, this bit is cleared. If MCU
does not stop the clock following the first suspend interrupt and no
activity is occurring on the bus, interrupt will be generated every
3ms.
This interrupt is disabled by default.
