This bit remains set for as long as the reset signal is asserted in

MCU sets this bit for 10ms (Max. 15ms) to initialize the resume
signal. In suspend mode, USB generates the resume signal for the
duration that this bit is set.

When suspend mode is entered, USB sets this bit.
This bit is cleared by the following conditions.

When MCU clears UC_RESUME to terminate resume
signal.
