Table 5 shows the locations used within the address space. Locations that are not shown
in the table are reserved for future use; they should not be read from or written to. The
effect of reading from or writing to “Reserved” registers is UNDEFINED and may include
the possibility of causing permanent electrical damage to the sensor.
