enter sleep mode during an inactive slot.

Wakeup sample value
The Wakeup_Sample register holds the sample value at which the CMX910’s Rx1 or Rx2 circuits
leave sleep mode after an inactive slot, in time to detect a training sequence in the next slot.

the last rising edge of the UTC1PPS pin.
