TCAINV
The TCAINV bit inverts the polarity of the TCA (and DTCA[x]) output signal. When
TCAINV is a logic one, the polarity of TCA (and DTCA[x]) is inverted (TCA (and DTCA[x])
at logic zero means there is transmit cell space available to be written to). When TCAINV is a
logic zero, the polarity of TCA (and DTCA[x]) is not inverted.
