Note: 1. Serial Data Format (STATUS):
The serial data includes output count (D0~D15, unsigned 16 bits) and
status (S0~S15, 16 bits). The definition of status' format is as same as format 1
and the order of sent/received sequence is D0, D1, … , D15, S0, S1, … , S15.
Note that the maximum output count depends on the conversion rate defined by
(C2, C1, C0). The maximum counts with various conversion rate are listed as
follow:
