Setting of Vertical Read/Write Valid Line Start Position (OVPS)
The input system vertical valid line start position (OVPS) is set in line unit with reference to the output system
vertical reset (OVR: internal signal), generated from OVS, by setting NPVWE[3:0] (SUB:62h-bit[3:0]). The
data subsequent to OHPS is read from the memory as the valid data.
This value can be set in (7 lines (15 levels) with regard to the initial value (NPVWE[3:0] = 8h).
However, when the valid number of data lines is set to 304/254 by setting VBID = 1 in ITU-R BT.656
input/output mode, the phase in the vertical direction cannot be adjusted.
