3 REGISTER DESCRIPTIONS
The built-in AE32000C CPU in EAGLE is designed with 32-bit address.
If the memory region of EAGLE does not use TLB, it has a total of 512 MBytes external memory region. Table 3-1 shows
the memory allocation.
Each bank is allocated with 64 MBytes of memory region (except Bank 7 which is allocated with 128 MBytes of memory
region), and any 64 MBytes space can be designated and used as a selected bank. For example, any 64 MBytes space
between “2000 0000h” and “3FFF FFFFh” can be designated as Bank 1.
The memory range from FFE2 0000h to FFEF FFFFh which supports retry for AHB peripheral is currently not defined. The
memory range from FFF0 0000h to FFFE FFFFh is not defined as well. Software must not access these memory ranges. If
attempted, bus error will occur.

SDRAM with full page burst mode must be used.
