FRM_BES
Bursty Errored Second. A 1 indicates the receive framer

detected a bursty errored second. The events that can cause an
errored second are provisionable for DS1 links in Table 329 on
page 253 and for CEPT links in Table 332 on page 254. The
severely errored second threshold is provisionable; DS1-SF
links in Table 326 on page 252, DS1-ESF links in Table 328 on
page 253, and CEPT links in Table 331 on page 253.
BES is not valid in any CEPT mode.
Note: The SES threshold must always be greater than the ES
threshold because BES lies in between (i.e., ES < BES <
SES).

Errored Second (G.826 Annex B). A 1 indicates the receive
framer detected an errored second. The events that can cause
an errored second are provisionable for DS1 links in Table 329
