Rb/Ra is the resistor ratio of the internal V5 voltage regulator,
and it can be set to 8 different levels through the command
“V5 voltage regulator internal resistor ratio set”.
The “1 + Rb/Ra” ratios are shown in Table 11 (reference
value), and they depend on the 3-bit data in the V5 voltage
regulator internal resistor ratio register.
