FOVRI:
The FOVRI bit indicates an interrupt due to a Transmit Logical Channel FIFO
overrun error condition. This interrupt is generated when a write attempt is
performed to a FULL channel. Generally, the FOVRI status bit should never
be asserted; its assertion would indicate that the flow control protocol is being
ignored. This bit is reset immediately after a read to this register.
