HCS_ERR
When set, it indicates that a Header Check Sequence Error occurred on the Link identified
by LINK ID. This bit is valid only when FIFO_NOT_EMPTY is set and FIFO_BUSY is not
set.
0) No HCSE error occurred on the Link identified by LINK ID.
1) HCSE error occurred on the Link identified by LINK ID.
LINK_ID[1:0]
Indicates the Physical-Link number associated with the error. This field indicates the link
number (0 to 3). This field is valid only when FIFO_NOT_EMPTY is set and FIFO_BUSY
is not set.
FIFO_NOT_EMPTY
Indicates that the FIFO is not empty and that the data read is valid. This bit is valid only
when FIFO_BUSY is not set.
0) FIFO empty, data is not valid.
1) FIFO not empty, data is valid.
FIFO_BUSY
Indicates that the FIFO is in the process of retrieving the next entry. The Busy bit will
generally be cleared within 4 sysclk cycles from the previous read of this field. While this
bit is set, the other contents of this register are invalid.
