1. Pin voltage limits are stated at nominal I/O supply voltages of 2.5 V, 1.8 V, and 1.5 V.
2. The core voltage should be brought up first, followed by the I/O voltages. Note that correct I2C slave interface operation depends
on stable core, processor I/O, and DDR I/O voltages. No voltage should be applied to an I/O pad if the associated power supply is
not turned on.
3. This does not indicate the operating temperature of the device. See Table 3-4 on page 23 for recommended operating conditions.
This is the storage temperature for fewer than 1000 hours.
