In this mode, there are four different internal pulse rates can be selected by P17. The HTC loads the
initial values by the counter registers (P3, P5) and increases at the rising edges of internal pulse generated
by the time base. The value of TCB increases one when the high speed counter overflows and generates
an overflow interrupt (TRGB) when the TCB overflows.
