Display Current X Position register is a read-only register. It indicates Horizontal Counter value.
Display Current Y Position register is also a read-only register. It indicates Vertical Counter value.

3.7.9 CRT Status Register(CRTSTAT)
The read-only CRT Status Register bit[7:0] is indicates the status of CRT controller.
Horizontal Sync and Vertical Sync signals are set to active low status when Control Register[21:20] bits are “00”. When
Control Register[21:20] Bits are “11”, both Sync signals are set to active high status.
Horizontal / Vertical Active signal is set to active high regardless of the value of Control Register[21:20] bits.
