9.3.3 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The CGC consists of four major blocks: External Interface, SRTS, Adaptive, and
Frequency Synthesizer.
9.3.3.1 External Interface
The External Interface transmits and receives line clock related information that
allows the line clocks to be controlled externally. It serves two functions:
