SDSTH[11:0]:
The SDSTH[11:0] value represents the allowable number of B2 errors that can be
accumulated during an evaluation window before an SD threshold event is declared.
Setting this threshold to 0xFFF disables the saturation functionality. Refer to the
Operations section for the recommended settings.
