BIPEE:
The BIPEE bit is an interrupt enable for the line BIP-24 errors. When BIPEE is set to logic
one, an interrupt is generated when a line BIP-24 error (B2) is detected.
FEBEE:
The FEBEE bit is an interrupt enable for the line far end block errors. When FEBEE is set
to logic one, an interrupt is generated when FEBE (Z2) is detected.
