Sets On/Off of the 3D noise reduction function.
Although data is written to the memory when the setting is off, all the noise reduction functions are
stopped.
NRDEMO[2:0] Initial value: 000; Setting range: Refer to Table R2-3-1(1).
Sets On/Off of noise reduction function demo mode.
Motion compensation stop is the same as YMOFF[3:0] = Fh, CMOFF[4:0] = 1Fh.
