Description:  
GOTOallows an unconditional

The contents of register ’f’ are  
branch anywhere within entire 2M  
byte memory range. The 20-bit  
value ’k’ is loaded into PC<20:1>.  
GOTOis always a two-cycle instruc-  
tion.
