Registers
The upper bits of this register read the raw values of four of the DIFF fuses. The values
are undefined until the fuses are burned. However the values of DIFF[49:46] used by
other logic are forced to zeros while the FUSELCK fuse is zero. Therefore these four
fuse values only have affect after the fuses have been locked. There are “chicken bits”
which allow the bits to be controlled before the fuses are locked.
