Register Description
These bits together determine the pre-filter delay compensation and the test mode
(layer 1 disabled) of the ISAC-S, as follows:

IOF
IOM OFF. Used in terminal mode (SPCR:SPM = 0).
0: IOM interface is operational
1: IOM interface is switched off (DCL, FSC1, IDP0/1, BCL high impedance).
Note: IOF should be set to "1" if external devices connected to the IOM interface should be
"disconnected" e.g. for power saving purposes or for not disturbing the internal IOM
connection between layer 2 and layer 1. However, the internal operation is indepen-
dent of the IOF bit.
