Cut the cable as fig.1.

● Please be careful to not damage the outer conductor.  
Insert the ferule.  
● In case of 2.5D-2V cable, insert the ferule into the cable  
and push the ferule between sheath and outer conductor  
until the head of ferule is reached to the sheath by  
inserting tool(E3001-160) and pick the outer conductor.  
● In case of 1.5D-2V or RG-179B/U cable , insert the  
ferule until the ferule reached at the sheath and pick the  
outer conductor.

Folding down the outer conductor to the ferule and  
cut the couter conductor along the ferule as fig.3.  
Cut the insulator and center conductor and pre-solder  
the center conductor.

Soldering  
Insert the contact assembly into the above cable  
assembly. Solder up the contact with center conductor  
and crimp the root of the contact assembly.

Insert the body into the above cable assembly and  
screw up the body by the wrench tightly.  
Recommended Tightening Torque  
: 196 N・cm(20kgf・cm)
