Charge pump disable. This bit disables the internal charge pump when set.
CLE
Com link error. 1 = A communication problem exists between the PCT303A and
the PCT303L. When this bit goes high, it remains high until a logic 0 is written to
it.

FDT
Frame detect.
1 = Isolation Cap frame lock has been established.
0 = Isolation Cap communication has not established frame lock.

LCS[3:0]
Loop current sense. Four-bit value returning the loop current in 6 mA increments.

These registers are for specific vendor identification. The ID method is Microsoft’s Plug and Play Vendor ID code
with F7..0 being the first character of that ID, S7..0 being the second character, and T7..0 the third character. These
three characters are ASCII encoded.
