the VSC6134 line side FEC encoder.

1: In this mode, the VSC6134 FEC encoder
functions as an enhanced FEC encoder using
proprietary Vitesse algorithm encodes data with
BCH concatenated codes (Enhanced FEC mode).

decoder only performs OTU frame alignment. No
FEC-related function is performed. Output data is
byte-aligned to the OTU frame.
