DESCRIPTION
The E0C63P466 is a CMOS 4-bit Flash built-in microcomputer for mass production. It is composed of the core
CPU, rewritable ROM (Flash), RAM, dot-matrix type LCD driver, serial interface and timers. The E0C63P466
has a built-in large-capacity Flash ROM (16K
×
13 bits) and a RAM (5K
×
4 bits), and is upper compatible with
the E0C63454, E0C63458 and E0C63466. The E0C63P466 can also be used as a MTP (Multi-Time Program-
ming) when developing programs.
