of the mask ROM models.
1) Operating voltage range
E0C63P466: 2.7 to 5.5V
E0C63454: 2.2 to 5.5V (Min. 1.8V when the OSC3 is not used)
E0C63458: 2.2 to 5.5V (Min. 1.8V when the OSC3 is not used)
E0C63466: 2.2 to 5.5V (Min. 1.8V when the OSC3 is not used)
