DESCRIPTION
The E0C63466 is a CMOS 4-bit microcomputer composed of a CMOS 4-bit core CPU, ROM, RAM, dot-matrix
type LCD driver and timer. E0C63466 features high speed operation and low current consumption, this makes
it suitable for applications working with batteries. It is also suitable for caller ID and portable data bank systems
because it has a large capacity of RAM built-in.
