The E0C6247 is a CMOS 4-bit single chip microcomputer, built-in Core CPU E0C6200A as main component,
ROM, RAM, dot matrix LCD driver, serial interface, time base counter, SVD circuit and others.
The E0C6247 is most suitable for applications with equipment requiring dot matrix display functions.
