10.4.1 Outline of TIO
TIO (Timer Input/Output) is an input/output-related 16-bit timer, whose operation mode can be selected from the
following by mode switching in software, one at a time:
<Input modes>
• Measure clear input mode
• Measure free-run input mode
• Noise processing input mode
<Output modes without correction function>
• PWM output mode
• Single-shot output mode
• Delayed single-shot output mode
• Continuous output mode
