is deasserted whenever the FREEDM-84A672  
device is selected, but not outputting packet  
data on RXDATA[15:0]. (E.g., when RSX is high  
and address/channel prepend is being output on  
RXDATA[15:0], RVAL is deasserted.)  
Output  
RVAL is tristated when the FREEDM-84A672  
device is not selected via the RENB signal.  
RVAL is updated on the rising edge of RXCLK.
