FOVRI:
The FOVRI bit indicates an interrupt due to a logical channel FIFO over flow
error condition. Generally, the FOVRI status bit should never be asserted; its
assertion would indicate that the flow control protocol is being ignored. The
FOVRI bit is reset immediately after a read to this register.
