UTHR[6:0]
The UTHR[6:0] bits define the TDPR FIFO fill level which will automatically cause the
bytes stored in the TDPR FIFO to be transmitted. Once the fill level exceeds the UTHR[6:0]
value, transmission will begin. Transmission will not stop until the last complete packet is
transmitted and the TDPR FIFO fill level is below UTHR[6:0] + 1.
The value of UTHR[6:0] must always be greater than the value of LINT[6:0] unless both
values are equal to 00H.
