BUSY:
The BUSY bit in the Status register is high while a µP access request is in
progress. The BUSY bit goes low timed to an internal high-speed clock rising
edge after the access has been completed. During normal operation, the
Status Register should be polled until the BUSY bit goes low before another
µP access request is initiated. A µP access request is typically completed
within 480 ns.
