PTRCDIS:
The concatenation pointer processing disable (PTRCDIS) bit disables the path concatenation
pointer interpreter state machine. When PTRCDIS is set to logic 1, the path concatenation
pointer interpreter state-machine is disabled and excluded from the LOPC-P, AISC-P and
ALLAISC-P defect declaration. When PTRCDIS is set to logic 0, the path concatenation
pointer interpreter state-machine is enabled and included in the LOPC-P, AISC-P and
ALLAISC-P defect declaration.
This bit should be set to logic 1 for RHPP STS-1/STM0 #1 and logic 0 for all other RHPP
STS-1/STM0 #N.
SSEN:
The SS bits enable (SSEN) bit selects whether or not the SS bits are taking into account in
the pointer interpreter state machine. When SSEN is set to logic 1, the SS bits must be set to
10 for a valid NORM_POINT, NDF_ENABLE, INC_IND, DEC_IND or NEW_POINT indication.
When SSEN is set to logic 0, the SS bits are ignored.
JUST3EN:
The “justification more than 3 frames ago enable” (JUST3EN) bit selects whether or not the
NDF_ENABLE, INC_IND or DEC_IND pointer justifications must be more than 3 frames apart
