TURN ON, SPEEDING UP THE TIME CONSTANT TO 1ms, FOR IMPROVED SETTLING. AS THE OUTPUT SETTLES BACK TO
WITHIN 10mV, 51 TURNS OFF AGAIN, RESTORING THE 20ms TIME CONSTANT, FOR IMPROVED FILTERING.
