3.2.3.1 ADC Conversion Timing
Conversion time, tC = tADC × (1 + r × (3 + n + STC)), where
• r = CTC + 3,
• CTC = Conversion Time Control (GLOBCTR.CTC),
• STC = Sample Time Control (INPCR0.STC),
• n = 8 or 10 (for 8-bit and 10-bit conversion respectively),
• tADC = 1 / fADC
