Multiframe Yellow Alarm in the incoming E1 data stream.
0 = Receipt of CAS Multiframe Yellow Alarm interrupt has not
occurred since the last read of this register.
1 = Receipt of CAS Multiframe Yellow Alarm interrupt has occurred
since the last read of this register.
