MAX 9000 Programmable Logic Device Family Data Sheet
The instruction register length for MAX 9000 devices is 10 bits. EPM9320A
and EPM9560A devices support a 16-bit UESCODE register. Tables 11
and 12 show the boundary-scan register length and device IDCODE
information for MAX 9000 devices.
