X Coordinate Down Scaling Control Register downscales the captured image in X-axis direction.
To deactivate X-axis downscaling feature, set X Coordinate Down Scaling Enable bit to ‘0’.
Image is scaled in X-axis direction following the equation: (( Down Scale Factor + 1 ) / 32 ) x Original Size.
