20-30GHz Medium Power Amplifier
Sub-band enhancement
Based on the Sij matrix given previously, the performances of this product can be enhanced
in sub-bands using external matching components such as very simple combination of micro-
strip stubs.
For some sub-bands, matching networks have been implemented and some typical results
are shown below.
The following graphs show S parameters obtained thanks to external matching networks.
