Lower 8 bits of 10-bit Channel index: Channel used for TX has two
origins, one is from this register and CH[9:8] at 0Bh which can be
written by the user, another is from CCA/CCS. CCA/CCS selected
channels are stored in an internal register, which is physically different
from the CH register, but it can be read out through register CH and be
used for TX when CCA_CH_DIS (reg. 00h bit [0]) = 0.
