A Rx Channel Count Depth is negative. This is a non-recoverable state  
for the device. The device should be reset and reinitialized.  
A Rx Channel Count Depth is non-negative.

The pointer to the top of the Rx empty stack has even parity. This is an  
error if the driver has initialized all of the pointers to be odd. If 64K cell  
buffers are used, or if the driver did not initialize the pointers to have  
odd parity by using the MSB as a parity bit, this bit may be set.  
The pointer to the top of the Rx empty stack has odd parity.
