The H-MVIP Common Channel Signaling interface on TECT3 carries at most 63
timeslots when in E1 mode, timeslot 16 for ISDN signaling, timeslot 15 and
timeslot 31 for V5.2 interfaces. In T1 mode the CCS H-MVIP interface only
carries 28 full timeslots. Table 24 shows the H-MVIP format for carrying 28
