(b) Timer 60: Pulse generator mode
The timer output status inverts repeatedly due to the settings of TM60, CR60, and CRH60, and pulses
of any duty ratio are output (either P32/INTP2/TO60 or P33/INTP3/TO61 can be selected as the timer
output pin using software).
