IDE: Extended Identifier Flag bit
This bit indicates whether the received message was a Standard or an Extended Frame
1= Received message was an Extended Frame
0= Received message was a Standard Frame

Unimplemented: Reads as ‘0’

EID: Extended Identifier bits <17:16>
These bits contain the two most significant bits of the Extended Identifier for the received
message
