Probing Solutions for PXI Modular
Keysight has probing solutions for the most challenging test
applications. The M924XA Series PXIe modular oscilloscopes
support standard 50 Ω or 1 MΩ connections. They also support a
wide range of passive and active probes.
M924XA Series oscilloscopes require the M9240A PXIe AutoProbe
power module to use Keysight active probes. The M9240A
provides power and the communication circuit required for proper
operation of the active probes. One M9240A will supply the power
and connection for up to four probes when two oscilloscope
modules are installed on either side of the M9240A module.
